Landscape Improvement Project

The HOA has begun the first phase of improving landscaping at the entrances and along the Carmel Road wall.

We have had lighting installed along the road and at the entrances on Carmel Road. We have a few sections that require some additional electrical drops. We are working with Duke Energy to get those installed so that we can complete the lighting of the wall.
