Montibello

Located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC, Montibello is a neighborhood of over 500 homes that enjoys strong property values and easy access to shopping, schools and transportation.  A walk or drive through Montibello reveals large rolling yards, green and flowering, tended and loved. There will be glimpses of swimming pools and play equipment, tree swings and the people who use them - kids riding bicycles, parents meeting school buses and residents out walking, stopping on corners or in front of homes to talk to each other. You may see lemonade stands and Scouts selling cookies or popcorn. 

 

The Montibello HOA is a proactive organization.  We care about those things that make our community one of the most desirable places to live in Charlotte.  We are invest our time and resources in keeping Montibello safe, beautiful, and welcoming.

 

The Montibello HOA website is part of that investment and provides members with convenience, online services and opportunities to share ideas and information.  We welcome our members to check in frequently to see the happenings of our neighborhood.
