How to Pay Your HOA dues

Create Your Account and Pay the $75 annual HOA Dues

(The first person in the family to create an account should use this option)

• Click on “Membership Registration” at the top of the page

• Select “HOA Membership” and click “Pay Now”

• Click “Sign Up”

• Elect to sign up using your Google, Facebook or Email account

• If using your email account enter your email & create a password and sign up

• Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email account

• Enter your payment information for the $75 annual dues

• Enter the required information of name and address and click “Buy Now”

Create Secondary Family Member Accounts for free

(This option will require a paid member to already have registered and paid)

• Click on “Membership Registration” at the top of the page

• Select “Add On Membership” for $0 and click "Pay Now”

• Complete the personal information

• Must complete the field “Primary Subscriber Name”

  • This is the name of the person that signed up AND PAID the membership dues

• Click “Get Plan”
